High-tech client company is going to hold meetings with their Japanese, Chinese and  Korean counterparts. Roughly 4,000 participants, 500 of which will speak a language other than English, including Japanese, Chinese or Korean.

This company hires UniVerse every year to support its multiple on-site meetings. After 2020, they needed to continue with the meetings, but now they would be virtual.

Find a solution that would be easy to use that would permit this company to hold its meeting, while making the content accessible to its Asia-Pacific markets.

## Solutions

UniVerse suggested using Zoom with the interpretation channels and set up the meeting in English, plus three language channels enabled. Interpreters were all trained in the use of Zoom as interpreters, and had their stay-at-home studios ready for remote professional interpretation.
